Easy Vegan Recipes

My friends are staying with me for a couple of weeks who are vegans, I have got a lot of recipes from various books I have but I wondered if anyone had any easy tried and tested recipes they could share with me. Thanks.

Are you familiar with the BBC Good Food website. It's packed with recipes but, more importantly, those recipes are reviewed by people who've actually tried them (thus meeting the 'tried and tested' requirement of your post).
The index page for (238) Vegan recipes shows the 'star rating' for each dish but clicking through to the relevant page shows the comments from people who've tried it (which often suggest things that could be added, or left out, to make the recipe even better):

I'll select just one recipe which really appeals to me (and also illustrates how useful the user comments can be):
