I've just gone to make some chicken in breadcrumbs and realised I don't have any eggs.

Can I use milk instead to make them stick?

My great niece (aged 7) makes a superb chicken dish. You soak the chicken in plain yoghurt, overnight if possible then make coarse crumbs with ritz crackers put in a bag and bashed. Coat the chicken with the crumbs and bake at about 180 till the chicken (or turkey breast pieces) is/are done. Very good hot or cold.
