Ok, I apologise for this being like the 100th question regarding the bloody Paella but I'm stuck with what to make for dessert?

What would follow nicely?

Thanks.

yes a blow torch or grill for creme brulee but if you make a creme caramel instead you wont need to. Creme caramel also popular in spain.Or pop to the shops and buy ready made.
I love creme caramel. It's easy to make as well.

Yeah, I thought cheesecake too. I know how to make that too, so it would be one less thing for me to panic about.

Something light and refreshing like a lime cheesecake would be lovely.
Tiramasu
rice pudding
Grannygrump is obviously on a wind-up!
Lemon syllabub.
Ha ha
Banana flambée seems to be on the menu in most Spanish restaurants
After a paella which is very filling as usually people go for second and even third helpings I'd serve a refreshing sorbet such as lemon, or orange for something different.
Something light, like a fruit sorbet or a crema catalana (but keep the portions small - paella can be quite filling!)
