I know this isn't a food question but those who are interested in food probably could give good advice. My question is, is a convection oven worth the money? Does anyone who has one like them? I am thinking of getting one.
You mean one with added fan. Well never really done a comparison. But seems to me it depends on whether you like a consistent temperature top to bottom of the oven, or whether you like to make use of the heat gradient, cooler below, hotter above. I'd suspect the average user would achieve more consistent results with the fan oven. But it's just my guess.
