Ha ha not at the moment.
It used to be common in mediaeval recipes to find "verjus" or "verjuice" among the ingredients. This was the unfermented juice of underripe grapes. One thing I think it was used for was the cooking of fish, but you'd have to do a search on "verjuice" to get precise proportions.
Then squeeze your grapes.
