saw this in the shop the other day, and i thought it might make a nice alternative to peanut butter.
Well, it's totally rank. Anyone got any recipes i could use it in seeing as i cant have it on toast or from the jar?
You can use it to make cookies, brownies, buttercream for cupcakes or milkshakes. It's not the nicest thing to spread on toast as it is but if you spread it on toast and drizzle it with honey or slice a banana on top, it can be quite nice.
what is it that you don't like? If its the flavour then whatever you do with it won't change that. If its the texture then google recipes using almond butter for loads of ideas.
I am a cashew nut butter fiend.
