I'd like to get/make the lady I work with a hamper.. and Ideas for contents of a home made hamper (bear in mind I burn water, so all shop bought delights).. 20ish quid (inc said hamper.. blimey.. I have laughing in my head!!!)
Lidl have got superb chocolates and marzipan and gingerbread goodies at the mo, Ikea dill mustard and preserves are yummy. Look in poundshops for a seasonal plastic tray to arrange it all on. Marks have got clear cellophane wrap for the professional touch.
Don't come happier than me, natas.....but I can't even snog a peanut eating man.......Guinness is often in one hand but not a killer nut in the other.... though one of the kids gave it a good shot a while ago.....☻
If you have the time you could visit several different stores and pick up all the special offers, half price etc. You would get so much more for your money but it means a lot of trekking about.
Hee hee. I was in no way dissing Aldi and/or Lidl, but think you missed my point. Anyway, I'm sure Hippy has now put together her hamper (homemade shortbread too I hope) and I'm sure her colleague will love it.
