Not sure how well the jelly will defrost but I can't see why not. Pastry freezes well, as does meat.
I bought some from a market stall specialising in pies, and they told me that it was fine to freeze some of them. They tasted perfect when defrosted.
living in France, obtaining pork pies needs a 20 minute drive, so we keep a stock of them in the freezer. They are fine after freezing, in fact the shop stores them frozen. The French don't do pies just 'en croute' which is not quite the same.

yep, my mum used to buy little pork pies for my lunch box when i was a trainee gardener. She left me home alone for 2 weeks when they went on holiday and she made 2 weeks worth of sarnies, including pork pies and froze the lot !!!!!

All i had to do was take out of freezer the night before. Oh those were the days lol
