Lasagna

I have made a lasagna, but not cooked it. I am freezing it for next week.
Do I defrost before cooking, or do I put it in the oven frozen.

TBH...I'd probably cook first,then freeze.

I'm unsure if you can cook from frozen, I suspect it would depend on the oven cooking at a low heat for longer. But in your shoes I'd defrost first for safety's sake.
