Roast Beef ....silverside Roast, Advice Please

i am making my family roast beef for tomorrow, we dont like turkey, i have the roast here about 2 kilo, i have a large casserole tray with lid. what way do i season this, make it , can i add honey later as ive seen this done before ?

what temperature and time.

I don't like the sound of honey with beef. I wouldn't put a lid on, either.
Google beef cooking times.
We're having beef tomorrow, cooked by me, as I've never done it before I'm planning to follow the advice here

No I wouldn't do honey with beef either! Loads of horseradish tho! Yummy! :)

thanks, i was watching youtube vid and the guy seared his in oven uncovered for the first 20 minutes ? then he covered it for 3 hours on 180 .
Large joint of beef already chugging away in the slow cooker........delish!

i have now smeared it with beef bovril ( advice from neighbour ) so the question is, covered or uncovered in a casserole dish ? we dont like raw meat, it needs to be well done.

Cover it if you wish. I don't cover my beef. I don't like steamed meat.
