Still Ok To Eat?

I cooked a ham on Thursday and it has been stored in the fridge since - will it still be ok treat today? Don't tell me to sniff it, I don't do sniffing meat, thanks.

I loosely wrap it in foil and put it in a big roasting tin surrounded by boiling water (which I check every now and then and top up). When it's done, I take the skin off, criss-cross the fat and cover liberally in a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon and put back in the oven (on high) for 25 - 30 minutes.
