Belly pork used to be a cheap meal for us.I still cook it slowly with the skin rubbed withoil and salt for the crackling, served with apple sauce lovely.
I have a piece in the freezer which I will now thaw for tomorrow's dinner.
Why did someone have to bring up the subject of belly pork tonight,now my mouth is watering and all I had was remains from the weekend as I've been out all day. Just going to defrost some for tomorrow.
