If the SiaJ is going to be taken to work where it could unverted on the way why not put the dressing in in sachet form to be added at meal time?

Scrivens, the same thought occurred to me; that or any good quality plastic container.

I gather from reading the link,that it's necessary to really pack in a lot of salad leaves. They are then compressed enough to stop other ingredients from moving around.
