Toast and marmite. (I'd have thought peanut butter would have been full of fat???!).
I agree wholeheartedly with otrere about the home made soup:
a) virtually guilt free
b) VERY easy (yet also satisfying) to make - and can be made in big batches for less faffing about.
c) you can tamper with the ingredients to find a blend you love to eat
d) it fills you up
e) it's good for you! all those veg!
I haven't done it for a while, but yesterday bought a bag of cheapest carrots, which i will boil up for ages in chicken stock, add a couple of spices, hand blend, and scoff. good to add a little lemon juice before serving up. nivce with cinammon, black pepper, dask of worcester or tabasco if you like a kick...
invest in a suitably stylish and unobrusive flask, and Bob's yer uncle!

although you may want to check your employer's policy on staff "loving themselves" in company time....in that special way.
my wife is a bit of health nut, she loves a mashed banana with a few teaspoons of light tahini (creamed sesame seeds). She says it tastes all gooey and caramelly but is really good for you, loads of vitamins (not sure on the fat though, she's like a rake and eats anything she likes, unlike me who is supremely jealous of her- but that's a whole new thread) I wouldn't know what it tastes like, I am allergic to nuts, pulses, seeds and stuff like that.
she also eats seeds, she toasts pumpkin seeds in the autumn after she has done the jack-o-lantern thing and made pints of pumpkin seeds. She says those are yummy with cracked sea salt on. She also toasts pine kernals.
I tend to stick to clementines.
