They also have another scheme called "NoCount" which is basically a list of foods you can eat as much as you like of 3 x a day - plus an allowance (they'll explain how to work this out) for treats and/or supplements to make your main diet more interesting. De-mystified - it's basically a low fat, high fibre, no sugar (except natural fruit sugar) way of eating and despite my scepticism, it does fill you up, it does make you feel less bloated and it does remove cravings for fried and sugary stuff. In 4 weeks, I lost 1 stone and honestly did not feel hungry. Hopefully, as well, this type of approach will set me up for the future and ensure I remain at the weight I want to be (when I get there, which won't be too long!)
Easy really isn't it - we all know the theory, but groups like WW - despite being derided in Little Britain do work because the support of others going through the same thing helps you to stick to your resolve and re-formulate the way you look at food.
