Recipes For Ice-Cream For An Icecream Machine

I have just bought a Sage Icecream maker and have been very surprised at the lack of an enclosed recipe book, considering the price of the item. I would be most grateful if anyone could suggest a good recipe book I could buy, so that I can start to make some yummy ice-cream. Many thanks

Oooh! Did you win the lottery? Next to nothing in the way of recipes specifically for the Sage on the web. But a couple of reviews say to just use ice cream recipes from any book. If you're still feeling flush, the definitive book on the subject is probably "Ice Creams, Sorbets and Gelati" by Caroline and Robin Weir. Cheapest here...

That one has the theory and is very good, this one has excellent basic recipes.

Push any quantity of raspberries through a sieve to get a seedless puree. Sweeten to taste. Measure the mixture you have made, and add an equal quantity of double cream.
Freeze.
It will look an extraordinary magenta colour, but of course that will be entirely natural
