How long do I blanch fresh peas for, do I then plunge into cold water then freeze? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Get the blanching water to a good rolling boil. Dump the peas in for 90 seconds then straight out and into iced water. Loads of ice you want to cool the peas immediately.
1 minute only.....2 mins for mange-tout.
