What foods does everyone remember from childhood. Junk food in particular.

I remember Star Bars.  They were quite chewy caramel long roll type shapes.

Also those crisps called rock and rolllers i think.  I remember the advert went @new from Golden Wonder, they're called rock and rollers, bet you're gonna like them'.  LOL.

And what about those football crazy crisps.  Little red bags of puffed balls with football stickers.

And bazooka joes with a cartoon strip inside.  Do they still do them?

You can still buy Star Bars - yummy!
I always liked the flying saucers with sherbet centres. My favourite was large misshapes of chocolate covered honeycomb.  My dentist loved them too !
You can still buy Bazooka Joes - they sell them online here http://www.aquarterof.co.uk/bazooka-bubblegum-p-45.html this company also sells lots of childhood favourites by the "quarter".
I loved Stripers and Wham bars. They used to glue your teeth together.
Doubledip?!

Spangles and Nutty Bars - please someone remember the Nutty Bars...

Not forgetting drinks too - remember Cresta? Horrible foamy stuff.

Pacers... green & white sort of Opal Fruity things.

Floral gums... tasted like washing-up liquid.

Crisps that were pig shaped and were full of air... i think, although this might have been a dream! (they were tasty in the dream if they weren't true, though!)

MM nutty bars. my fave.  Chewy wholesome nuttiness.
Wow, haven't thought about Bazooka bubble gum in ages.  I used to buy it when it still only cost a penny.  I used to love Zotz, too - they were small, hard candies with something like Alka-Seltzer in the middle.  You sucked on it for a while, and when it got to the center, it started fizzing.

Bacon and Bean flavoured pigs.

A sort of air filled light crisp in the shape of a pig...  they were divine!

I remember Texan bars...nougatty thing with chocolate on...they were scrummy...n chocolate tools (er hum)...my daughter cringes cos I keep singing the tune to discos..."we're discos, we're discos, we're KP discos, we're different, we're rounder, won't you take a look?  we're discos we're discos we're KP discos and we taste as different as we look look look...KP discos we taste as different as we look woooooooooooooo"...sorry getting carried away...can't help myself...oh and there was those wheat snacks what were they called...hang on...oh yeah..Rancheros...bacon n bean flavour! I think I am now going way back though. They did some half penny things called Detective sticks ...they were like cigarrette shaped and were a hard candy as opposed to the Old Toad or Frog cigarrette sweets in the boxes...sigh...those were the days
