No sign of Ed so thought I'd pop a post up. Apparently it is now over half way through the series and only six bakers remain.

Now we have lost the lovely Norman, who is going to be star baker this week and who will be leaving the marquee for good?

This week's phrase seems to be "Will the princesses make it to the Marzipan Ball?".....

Ahhhhh, duh! I was looking in the wrong topic, took me ages to write that to haha, getting the info then had to listen to the trailer on the BBC site loads of times before realising I couldn't get a YouTube link off it etc...

I keep looking at the clock to make sure I don't miss it. Watching the Invictus Opening Ceremony just now on BBC 1, but you can bet your life savings that OH will want the tele turning to another channel when GBBO comes on. So look like watching it on my IPad. Love this programme.

Yup, I've never been that keen on her. Part of me thinks she wants to be Ruby from last year...but isn't....

My predictions aren't doing too well so far this week!

Wow, this technical challenge from scratch with a basic recipe, oof! I'm really interested to see how these turn out as unlikely any of them have baked it before.
