In Rover biscuit assortments, what is the proper name for the pink wafers ? Are they Venetian something ?

They are just called 'Pink Wafer'. I checked on the United Biscuits website (yes, my job is v.v. boring!), which is the parent company of Crawfords Biscuits, who manufacture Family Circle tins. Saying that, I'm sure you're right - I'm pretty certain I remember them being referred to by another name, but can't remember what.
I seem to remember years ago you could buy packets of the pink wafers on their own - I'm sure they did have a name - but I've asked on 2 Message Boards and although everyone knows them - no-one can put a name to them. It's got me going now!!
