what has happened to tango as i dont see it in the shops anymore

You must be looking in the wrong shops!! I enjoyed a nice cold can of orange Tango just yesterday...

It was in the papers a few days ago, they had to recall thousands of cans of Tango because of concerns they might explode.

The "precautionary measure" came after a small number of complaints about cans bursting.

"Although not unsafe to drink, the products could contain a naturally-occurring yeast, which over an extended storage period might generate a build up of carbon dioxide that could distort or burst the packaging," the firm said in a statement.

The recall only relates to cans of Tango Cherry and Tango Fruit Fling

Excellent - probably just a marketing gimmick, so you know when you've been Tango'd !!!!

I read it was Lucazade they were recalling. Must be a marketing scam
