What baking ingredients can be used after it's gone out if date
Chocolate, flour... Help

I would use all of them. Flour might not rise as well as it should but won't poison anyone (mine hasn't at any rate)
If SR flour has got a bit damp then the raising agent will have been affected and you won't get the lightness you are after. Ditto for baking powder and other raising agents.

chocolate will perhaps get a bit of a bloom on it but won't make too much difference in baking.

Keep an eye out for weevils in flour though.
