I've seen them sold in Costco if you have one near you. The snails came in a tin and you stuffed them into the shells supplied when you were ready to eat them. They are quite nice hot with garlic. A bit chewy though.

Every supermarket in France sells frozen snails, they also sell re-usable shells. Not keen on them myself though, too rubbery
