I will be catering for a few people and one of them is coeliac. There is a gluten free carrot cake on the BBC goodfood site but I`d like to use my own recipe which calls for self raising wholewheat flour. Is there a decent alternative for that or should I go with a different recipe?
Thanks for the links pasta. I might go with the BBC good food one or I might just use gluten free self raising flower in mine (I haven`t decided yet). It would be good to do a trial run but I don`t really want to waste stuff.
