Fish, fish and more fish - especially Salmon. Everyone should eat more fish really, and i'm not talking about the type that comes covered in batter and wrapped up in newspaper. If you don't like fish bones, steer clear of Herrings. Small bones, hard to eat without lacerating your throat. How can anyone not like Salmon fillets cooked in tinfoil, with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice? I'm making myself hungry...
Fish is delish [although the larger/longer living ocean-going fish contain mercury and other heavy metals].
Another rich source of Omegas is the less-delish flax seed. Fresh flax seed oil can be found in healthfood stores. [Never consume a rancid oil.]
Flax seed can be sprinkled liberally on all kinds of things, baked into bread, and even used as an egg substitute in baking. [1/4 cup H2o and 1T flax. Blend or boil and strain, and there you have vegetarian egg.]
