Dinner This Evening

..will mostly be veg stir fry, with chicken and Singapore noodles. Looking forward to it as the last few evening meals have been a bit pitiful due to circumstances.
Starters will be G&T...Tanqueray no. 10 and Bombay sapphire...puds will be ripe and ready nectarine and some yoghurt.
How about you, what's Thursday evening going to bring forth in your kitchen??

Hope scorching hot London has cooled down before I'm there in ten days..
Retro, why aren't you having lamb chops, can't I imagine the fish would do it for me to be honest :(

chicken from last night, small bubble and squeak for the mater, roasted chicory for me, plus sweetcorn on the corn for her, a roasted flat mushroom (basalmic and olive oil) for me, roasted carrots, some sprouts, french beans and pak-choy - those three all steamed. Oh, and a good dollop of my beetroot purée - that's got a nice kick in it.

Thank goodness for ceramic hobs after doing a stir fry..a quick wipe over and all the splatters are gone. Can't be done with taking everything to bits...
