Also you will not be able to sell food at Car Boot sales or Markets. People have to pay a lot of money for pitches at these Events. Even if you want to make sandwiches at home and sell them from a van you need a licence from the council which will include proof of a food hygiene certificate. Sorry to Pees on your parade but selling food is a nightmare.
It bothers me greatly that you don't seem to know too much about food, judging by you requests for advice in Food&Drink. You openly admit that you will need to do an Indian cookery course to equip yourself with some basic skills and understanding of Indian cookery.
The failure rate in the food industry is frightening, even when you have competent cooks but a poor business acumen - I've seen no evidence that you have either and that automatically puts you on the back foot.
To be contemplating menus before even considering the bigger picture just goes to show that your heart is leading your head here.
Please, reconsider this or you'll be throwing good money after bad.

Not too far from us there is a large lay-by off a main road where a man-in-a-van sells things like potatoes, other assorted veg., eggs etc.. This may be easier to arrange because no cooking is involved. He has apparantly been there for years so he must make a living.
If you are talking about industrial estates - well, employees need to pick up bits of shopping from somewhere and you could have regular stopping places. Just a thought :)
