Nuts (brazils, hazelnuts etc) and dried fruit - apricots, mango pieces etc

Most supermarkets have a 'Free From' section these days, be sure to check the labels though. Try Holland and Barrett. VeganStore on line are excellent.

If you want to make yourself, try some fruit leathers - do a mixture and bag them up.
