we don't have a Waitrose, and according to that link they're not available at Tesco, but i'll check in the morning anyway, thanks. have found them before at a local independant supermarket but they seem to have stopped stocking them...
Google Abernethy....the job's a good un...lots of links to Scottish treats!!!
Are these the thick rich tea biscuits I used to eat as a child covered in butter?
Can you still get Arrowroot biscuits?
Sure can, as a kid I'd eat them at double time, smothered in butter.

Waitrose is the only place I have ever seen them Becky, so I stock up whenever I have the opportunity.

( Waitrose is a very rare find in the Valleys ! )

And yes Jack...Arrowroot biscuits are what I turn to when I am ill and I need to eat something.....I have seen them in Tesco and my local Co-op.
