Ooh, I love coq au vin, haven't had that for ages. MrAC has read somewhere about the health benefits of tuna, which he doesn't usually eat, and bought a shed-load of the tinned variety from the supermarket today. He has decided to do it with pasta, which he also does not usually like, buying 3kg of fusilli today.
He says he is going to add onion (red and brown), garlic, peppers, chilli flakes, chilli sauce, pesto, sweetcorn, peas, stilton and Dried Parmesan cheese.
Hmm..could be interesting.
