Hello

Could someone please tell me where to download the Weight Watchers 1,2,3 food points booklet - this diet operated around 1996 and it gave all the points for each food so that one could add up the daily allowance from the food they are about to consume each day?

If anyone has this booklet or any information about the 1,2, 3 diet, I would be only too glad to send a SAE and have this posted to me.

Many thanks.

Was that the system where one simply divided the kC by 70 then added the saturated fat grams divided by 4 to get the number of WW points ?

To Old Geezer

No - You just had a food list for say one ounce = 2 points and one added up the points of what one ate for a day to the amount allowed say 20 points in one day, but one had to know how many points each food was calculated at.
Thanks for answering

Old_Geezer, is the formula for Weight Watchers vintage points:

(kC/70) + (saturated fat g/4) = POINTS ?
