Easter Chocolate Meal

Scallops with chocolate sauce to start with.
Chocolate chicken for main course.
Salted chocolate caramel pud for dessert.
All washed down with a chocolate red wine.
Coffee with chocolate liqueur to finish.
Whaddya think???
(Lots of Easter eggs in between courses, of course)

There you go then Islay, most/all of the savoury dishes which contain chocolate are like that...a hint of chocolate and tastefully done.
I knew Eccles with her adventurous and discerning palate would have something chocolatey tucked up her sleeve.
