Right, when he's finished ar5ing around in the kitchen, I'm going to do salmon fillets, salad, a carrot and mooli slaw and a big ole dollop of hummus on the side.

can't beat it fresh from a sea-side town/village.

younger alba never liked fish when he was under 10, now he's in his 20's he tolerates it, so that's an improvement. His older brother is rather partial to fish so that's a plus :-)

ive got some chicken portions marinating in a tandoori paste which i'm going to pan fry later with onions and serve with noodles which OH fancies

I always thought French beans and runner beans were two names for the same thing, also string beans.
