I can eat yolks of boiled or fried but the white stuck is like something from a bad chemistry project.

I rarely eat eggs
I'm the same. I'm also not keen on the whites of poached. When I poach eggs I crack an egg into a ramekin and then separate another egg and add the yolk to it.
But never mind if you can manage to eat them the end result is still the same of course.
I'm ok with fried or poached, both white and yolk but the yolk needs to be runny.

The thought of eating a hard boiled egg though turns my stomach.


And you complain about AOGs thread titles!
the whites of fried eggs are slimy. That's why.

I do like eggs fried or otherwise, in fact any shape or form with two rules they are chicken and not raw.

Thanks all even those questioning the title.

I can't stand poached eggs at all, and the whites don't bother me when mixed like in scrambled or omelettes, but the fried whites are just yuck.

The yolks have to be cooked to almost hard, with a little bit of soft, runny eggs just make me want to vomit.
Just a suggestion but, maybe avoid eggs and double entendres.

Imagine if I start a thread about Midget Gems and how I hate the blacks.
Well they say everyone's a little strange.

My woman buys interesting eggs. Some have next to no white, which she fries for herself: but the others, that she saves for me, have really generous portions of white ! Not sure where she buys these varieties.
Or why are faceas all the same colour?^^
When I fry eggs I have two yolks and about half of one egg white.
Plus if you use cheap oil to fry them they will be as slimy as you can manage. Good unsalted English butter I say.

I positively hate the whites. Invent a yolk only egg,and I'll be a happy bunny. I only like omelettes, frittatas and crustless quiches. Anything that hides the whites.

I don't use any oil at oil due to having a super duper non stick frying pan. Pasta I agree love all of them.
I have a super duper uber frying pan but fried eggs need a bit of butter.
I'm the opposite. Grainy, evil, yolks make me want to heave a multi-coloured rainbow.
