i am on a diet. I was in the jelly aisle in sainsburys and my gaze glanced on so macadamia nut crunchy chocolate spread.
I thought i would just buy some and have a little try "just to see what it tastes like"

Sounds awful. Never mind. Have a bit to confirm how bad it is and then put the rest in the larder (or refrigerator if applicable) until after you've lost the weight.

I scoffed a large bag of toffee brazils today (Thorntons) - now why do I do that since I wear 4 falsie and the £1,0000s have been paid into the other tooties. But I am so addicted to them. Luv them to death.

Accidentally looked at myself in the mirror in M&S and can't get over my stomach. Did think it would have gone down a little since I haven't been drinking for 2 months but thought the paunch would have been down. Anyway I can still walk- even that is painful - oh god we are bunch of gluttons and miserys.
