As NoM has wandered off to the faraway kitchen I thought I'd ask what you are up to in the kitchen this weekend!
Eccles Towers will be having home made lamb kebabs in pitta breads with salad, garlic sauce and harissa dressing. If I can be bothered I might make some cous cous to go on the side.
Tomorrow will be pork in a creamy cider sauce with apples and onions, potatoes fried with onions., garlic and thyme and a selection of steam veg. Pud is anyone's guess.
My 13year old daughter made tuna and broccoli pasta bake for tea yesterday. She's being assessed at school on Tuesday so wanted to practice! It was very nice, she had to make it gluten free as she is intolerant but you wouldn't have guessed!
Today we will have roast pork and roast potatoes etc. Veg will be whatever's in the fridge lol! May get Mr Wingnut to make pancakes for tea! :)
