Help Please

I bought a bacon wrapped gammon joint put it in oven and after cooking time realised id left the plastic bag of glaze in tin will it be alright to eat ?

Only thing you can do is open the bag of glaze and try it. If the plastic bag is ok then I'd imagine the contents would be too. Only way to tell is taste it.

If the bag has melted it will have spoiled the meat, ok if the bag has not melted.

Mally, first time I cooked Christmas dinner for grumpy father in law, I left the plastic bag of giblets in when I cooked it. It tasted fine and no one died...

He once had a moan about 'young women with buggies' on buses, getting in his way. Guess what I was, yes, a young woman with a buggy, a baby and a toddler, on a bus occasionally.
