Hi all. Bit of an inexperienced cook here!, I have a 5.5kg Turkey, could anybody advise whether to cook in the conventional oven or on circotherm please (Neff oven), also for how long?!!(not very prepared this year!!) Thank you

Also, should I cook it breast side down!
The British Turkey Information Service recommends cooking for 3h 20m in a conventional oven at 180C (or in a fan oven at 170C), seam side down:

I always cook turkey breast side down.
