Sliced Cooked Roast Pork

Today, I finished cutting up the left over turkey and after making some cat food I have frozen the rest of it; some in chunks and some sliced. I've also sliced up the left over roast pork, and frozen it in "sandwich " portions. Now i'm wondering if this is OK.

If all meats were keep chilled after cooking and before freezing it should be fine - I do it with joints as I live alone.

If a bit too dry for sandwiched I add gravy.
Cooked meats are probably better frozen in gravy....but will be fine frozen "dry" as long as they are close-wrapped with very little air-space inside the wrapping.....otherwise the meat will dry out quickly.
