Ok, I'm not a professional chef and I'm not someone who follows recipies, but I am someone who is enthusuastic about food and has a natural ability to make something good with whatever is available...

Personally I would boil the potatos with their skins on (stops them from taking in water) then when cooked and cooled, peel them, mash them up, don't add any butter or milk...just pepper and maybe a pinch of salt to taste, mash in the corned beef. Then I'd use my hands and make "patties" like you would when making fishcakes and then I'd fry them in a spot of oil until brown on both sides...now, as for the baked beans (i hope you are using heinz!) I'd just have them dolloped on top at the end...and I'd have them cold but that's my own personal thing, many people don't like cold baked beans!

I reckon that sounds grand and will taste great too...if I had it, I'd chop up some spring onions and add them to the mix before frying.
