Anybody Watch Michel Roux's Alternative Restaurants?

Quite inspirational and good to see him breaking out beyond the norms of a Michelin Restaurant and sample street food, albeit upmarket ones underpinned by exceptional ingredients. Any recommendations of such establishments near you for other ABers?

I tended to go off him when he failed to pass on his restaurant tips to his staff

err no, cafes/restuarants have been doing it for years. Youcan barely get a pub or even garden centre meal without it coming on a slate/chopping board/in a galvanised bucket
