I bought frozen strawberries and they absolutely look the part, however when defrosted they are extremely bitter.

Anything I can do with them before I put them into the biodegradable bag. Thanks

Add sugar to them.

I'd slice layer them in a container with sprinkle of sugar on for a day then add to a daily portion of plain yoghurt.
