I do bacon, fried bacon or as we call them here, rashers, they are gorgeous with lea and perrins mmmmmmm but sometimes I leave the bacon because i love the cauliflower cheese so much - gosh your making me hungry

hmmm - actually I think a nice kipper would be excellent with cauli cheese ...

Fish goes with cheese sauce so I'd say it would work ok with white fish.

ham or gammon, but basically anything - love cauli cheese and will just have it with mashed potatoe

I'[m not overly fond of white food as I call it, but i love cauli cheese - it's delish and never thought of it with fish, it's a real go to food when you want to have a comfort meal I think - I wouldn't like it with roast though although we used to have a little cheese sauce over our cauliflower which is totally different

I've taken to doing a cheesy breadcrumb topping on my cauliflower cheese. Now that would be yummy with belly pork and crispy crackling.
