Have gone with a pasta bake with crisped up bacon, leeks, mushrooms and garlic. Made a cheese sauce and added to the veg mix along with cooked chicken breast. All topped of with panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan, now in the oven.

Wrap the bacon round the chicken, bin the mushrooms, make a cheese sauce and pour over the leeks. Maybe stuff the peppers.

I'd like to say thank you for the inspiration for a few dishes.

Keep asking the clan what they fancy and am met with the usual response of
'anything'
which is extremely helpful.
