Matar Paneer

I've had the above....or cheesey peas as we call it several times now from Indian restaurants and loved it. Most of the time, the peas were mixed up in melted cheese.
So i thought i'd have a go today....bought the Paneer and have peas. I googled it and almost every recipe has large chunks of Paneer in a tomato based gravy with peas in....not really how i remember it.
Anyone made it before? would be interested to hear your ideas

(The recipe starts by making the paneer but, of course, there's nothing to prevent you buying it ready made and proceeding from there).
Better still though, try stuffed uttapam instead of matar paneer:

(The 'uttapam flour' in that recipe is just rice flour, which is sold in larger supermarkets. e.g. 78p for 500g in Morrison's)
