Baileys ;)
I don't, I have no wish to be visiting the loo during the night :-)
At my age it's two loo trips a night regardless of how many single malts or G&T's.
Ooh! no ovaltine or similar. A glass of wine for me, thanks.
Sam, you should get your prostate checked !
Sunday to Thursday tea, something a bit stronger otherwise. :-)
Is it ok to take a drink up to your room if you're staying in a hotel? I always feel a bit sleazy if I do that.

I'm definitely not a hot chocolate person.
Had a full health check last month Anne, all hunky dory. It's mainly due to insomnia, if I'm awake I go even before I'm desperate.
Ovaltine original lite. Just add boiling water.
Its very sleazy Jo :-)
Just lately Horlicks, light. Tonight, a brandy!
Cloverjo one of my simple joys in life is smuggling booze into places. If it's sleazy, just call me dirtbag!
Only if staying elsewhere. Hot chocolate then. Although I do sometimes wonder if I should add it to my own bedtime routine. Don't seem to need it though.
I've just seen the top related question below this thread is titled "Bed Wetting". :D :D :D
No drink at bedtime here, although occasionally I will warm up a cup of almond milk if I really cant sleep.
Oh good, not just me then. Thank you, quiz and anne.

How can I smuggle g&t in my luggage when OH and I go on hols in a couple of months? :))
Large glass of Merlot.
Bottle of gin, bottle of tonic water , a lemon/lime wrapped in a towel .:-)
Bottle of rosé!
I like an Ovaltine before bed now and again.
