Waht is the healthy limit for an average adult to consume, per hour, of protein, carbohydrate, and fats? This is for a sports related field, so they shouldn't consume too much at one as they risk storing it as fat.

Sorry Shack but I don't understand the question. It usually takes hours to completely digest a meal and so intake per hour is not relevant.
