Soya Milk

Morrisons savers unsweetened soya milk. It says use within 5 days but will it last longer? How will I know when it's time to throw it out?

I used UHT soya unsweetened, and generally have one carton in the fridge and use it during the week. I havent noticed the quality decline in that time, but feel sure that like fresh, yiu would smell it if it was off.
