Depends on your staring weight, I think it's somewhere in the range 18-34, if you're lighter to start with you begin at the lower end of the range, and if you're heavier... well, you can guess the rest. And IIRC, it's quite an easy thing to work out the number of points in food, it's 1 point for every 70 calories (rounded to the nearest half point) plus 1 point for every 4 grams of saturated fat, or something like that. They try to get you to buy a calculator with the formula programmed into it, but it's not tricky to do in your head.
