Did small gammon joint in slow cooker and had some for dinner lastnight with homemade chips, eggs etc. There’s still quite a lot left but I don’t feel very well today so it’s definitely not going to be used today. Any ideas what I can do with it? Or freeze it?? It was a fresh joint and not frozen btw x

Slice it up and freeze it. Gammon freezes quite well.
Agree with BM, when you don't feel well the last thing you need is trawling through recipes - there are plenty of course.

Oh brilliant. I’ll slice and freeze. Can’t even face cooking at the moment lol. Thanks ladies x
If you interleaf the slices with foil or parchment you can then take out as much or as little as you need. If you freeze the slices together you will just have a lump of frozen slices!
I usually cube my leftover Christmas gammon and put in a plastic container and use it in a pasta dish. It's always fine.
